It’s a posh pad that boasts enough privacy to keep Jennifer and her family in peace.
The massive 8,900-square-foot Tribeca triplex penthouse, Gimme Shelter can reveal, was bought via a Seattle trust connected to Gates last month. The daughter of the wealthiest man in the world determined that his kids forged their paths and moved in with her husband, Olympic equestrian Nayel Nassar, in October 2021.

The 24-year-old daughter of Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has always loved horses and is currently enrolled at Mount Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine. She is also a professional show jumper and competes internationally with her equestrian partner.
She graduated from Stanford University with a degree in human biology and took a year off to focus on her equestrian passion before she started medical school. During her free time, Gates enjoys spending time with her horse Alex and going to the gym.

According to CNBC, Gates’ new home is located at 443 Greenwich Street, which has previously housed other renowned faces such as Meg Ryan, Blake Lively, and Ryan Reynolds. It is a seven-story brick building with 53 loft-style homes and eight large penthouses.
There are several highlights in the vast three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment that Gates has just purchased, including a stunning sweeping staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows, a double-sided gas fireplace, restored pine wood beams, and a chef’s kitchen overlooking Central Park. There are also two dedicated parking spaces.
This is a luxurious pad in one of the hottest neighborhoods in New York City, and it’s a worthy investment for Gates. The uber-trendy area is known for its celebrity inhabitants and is just two minutes from the Empire State Building.
